Physique AI is a fitness technology app that provides AI-assisted body composition estimates, progress tracking, scan history, and coaching tools. Users may upload progress photos and provide profile information to receive estimated body composition reports and personalized fitness insights.

Physique AI is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Information We Collect

Your uploaded photos and related scan information may be processed by third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI or similar providers, for the purpose of generating body composition estimates and fitness insights.

AI-generated results are estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by photo quality, lighting, pose, clothing, camera angle, user-provided information, and limitations of AI models.

5. Sensitive Information

Body scan photos, body composition estimates, weight, fitness progress, and related information may be sensitive. We use this information only to provide and improve Physique AI’s services, maintain security, and support your account.

You should not upload photos or information that you do not want processed by Physique AI or its service providers.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your body scan photos or body composition data.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Physique AI, including:

  • Authentication providers
  • Payment processors such as Stripe

After deletion, some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, security records, or systems where immediate deletion is not technically feasible, but we will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify data where appropriate.
